The Natural Products AtlasOur laboratory built and maintains The Natural Products Atlas (www.npatlas.org), a database of all known microbial natural products. With the help of a large group of international collaborators we perform regular curations of the recent literature to capture information about newly discovered natural product structures, as well as information about corrections to existing structures made through synthesis, re-isolation, or computational chemistry. If you are interested in helping with the Atlas project, please email us at support@npatlas.org. |

The Natural Products Magnetic Resonance DatabaseOur laboratory is one of the founding members of the consortium that created the Natural Products Magnetic Resonance Database (NP-MRD; www.np-mrd.org). This database provides a venue for the deposition of raw NMR data files, NMR chemical shift assignments, and peak lists from NMR spectra, and includes a rich ecosystem of tools to search, filter and display NMR data from natural products. |

Other DatabasesWe contribute to updates for a number of other open-source database projects, including the MIBiG database of biosynthetic gene clusters. We also maintain links between the Natural Products Atlas and MIBiG, GNPS, NP-MRD, UniChem and others. |
